Made for you
Every Icys World piece is made to order, just for you. Your order is printed or stitched and packed in 2–5 business days, then it ships.

Where we ship
We ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, the European Union, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Switzerland, Norway, Iceland and more of Europe. Prices show in your local currency, and shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Your order is made at the print center closest to you (USA, Canada, Europe, UK or Australia) whenever possible, so it gets to you faster.

Delivery times (estimates after your order ships, not guarantees)
- United States: 3–4 business days
- Canada: 3–7 business days
- UK and Europe: 3–7 business days from our European print centers, up to 20 if shipped from the US
- Australia, New Zealand, Japan and everywhere else: 5–20 business days
Pieces in one order can be made at different print centers, so they sometimes arrive in separate packages.

Import duties and taxes (outside the US)
International orders may be charged import duties, taxes or customs fees by your country when the package arrives. These fees are set by your country, are not included in our prices or shipping, and are paid by the customer. Many countries don't charge anything on smaller orders. Check your country's customs rules if you're not sure.

You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. You can also track it any time on our tracking page: sachisicy.com/apps/track123

Wrong address or a problem with delivery?
Double-check your address at checkout. We make each piece right after you order, so address changes may not be possible once it's in production. If a package is lost, damaged or something's wrong, email us at sachisicy@gmail.com with your order number and photos, and we'll make it right.
